FAQ’s
Who can play?
StreetSoc is open to everyone aged 15 and over, whether you’re a regular baller, a weekend player, or just starting out. It’s mixed ability, open-age, and inclusive of all backgrounds. You don’t need to be part of a club, just turn up with passion, respect, and a love for the game.
How do I sign up?
Signing up is simple and free. Just fill out our quick online registration form as a team. Once registered, you’ll be added to the FAW COMET system and matched with a local fixture. We’ll send you all the details you need to get started. No fees, no fuss, just football.
What age do I have to be?
StreetSoc is open to anyone aged 15 and over. Whether you’re a teenager looking for a summer outlet or an adult wanting to get back on the pitch, there’s a place for you in the league.
What do I need to bring?
Just bring trainers or astro boots, sportswear, and plenty of energy. We’ll provide the pitch, bibs, balls, and everything else you need. Water and basic first aid will be available on site. No expensive kit required, just show up ready to play.
Where are the matches held?
StreetSoc matches are held at community pitches and sports facilities across South Wales, including local 3G pitches, MUGAs (multi-use games areas), and trusted partner sites. Full location details will be shared once you sign up and are allocated to a team or fixture. All venues are safe, accessible, and easy to reach.
